Hang Lung Seminar - Awareness of Home and Country and Preference of Home Ownership Affecting China 's Urbanization

Introduction: Chinese history on the formation of the sense of home and country, the lack of city-state sense of pride, the process of urbanization is bound to choose bigger and stronger cities. With a strong national identity, the Chinese also have a strong preference for home ownership, whether from the wealth reserve or investment point of view, the house is an unconscious subconscious choice. This is in fact the challenge of a big city to control real estate market from its cultural origin. In future, this origin will continue to further promote the big cities (groups) as the core of China's urbanization process!
